In fact, our pasta often arrives at your table just hours or minutes after it has been made. Sauces are prepared by our trained kitchen staff and refrigerated until we prepare your order, “sous vide” style, to preserve the freshness, beautiful colorings, and flavors of our fresh ingredients. From soup to salad, from sauce to pasta, we use ONLY the freshest and finest ingredients available. We make our simple Italian rosemary bread several times a day, ensuring it arrives at your table oven-fresh. In fact, if you look into our kitchen, you will see bread either rising or cooling on racks. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is slightly infused with classic Italian herbs, and paired with our Rosemary bread, makes a great start to a wonderful dining experience. We choose fresh salad greens from local producers, hydroponic farms, organic growers, and conventional sources. Dressings are made daily to ensure freshness and flavor. We offer new specials each week, allowing our patrons to experience seasonal specialties, and specific regional Italian cuisine.
