Ray and Karan Stratford bring over sixty years of executive management expertise to Brioso. Intrinsically driven to simply be the best at whatever they endeavor, Brioso Fresh Pasta is a culmination and celebration of a vision they have shared for many years.
With over 40 years of service in the food industry, Ray has always engaged his guest to share their “passion for food” and their “ideal dining experience.” The result is a guest inspired menu that is fun, exciting, authentic, and steeped in Italian tradition and offered at very affordable prices.
Responsible for the Brioso look, Karan has created a sensory palate of color and sound that magically blends old and new into a warm, contemporary Italian experience.
The marriage of these elements has created the environment that our guests have referred to as a “wonderful dining experience” rather than just another evening out.
