Ray and Karan Stratford bring over sixty years of executive management expertise to Brioso. Intrinsically driven to simply be the best at whatever they endeavor, Brioso Fresh Pasta is a culmination and celebration of a vision they have shared for many years.
With over 40 years of service in the food industry, Ray has always encouraged his guests to share their “passion for food” and their “ideal dining experience.” The result is a guest-inspired menu that is fun, exciting, steeped in Italian tradition, yet still affordable.
Responsible for the Brioso "look," Karan has created a sensory palate of color and sound that magically blends old and new into a warm, contemporary Italian experience.
"Un Buon rapport qualita'-prezzo," translated from Italian, means "a good connection between quality and price." Ray and Karan believe this best states their core belief-- that each guest is entitled to find the quality of the experience surpasses the cost.
